Richard G. Dooley, Director of the Company since December 1991. From 1993 to 2003 consultant to, and from 1978 to 1993, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Dooley is also a director of Jefferies Group, Inc.
