Prior to joining the Recruitment and Employee Communications industry, Rich was the Recruitment Advertising Manager at The Washington Times and a corporate recruitment practitioner with Fannie Mae and Computer Data Systems. Rich has been an active member in the regional and national leadership of SHRM, Society for Human Resources Management. Rich was the Chairman of SHRMEMA national Conference in Washington, DC. He has also been a national speaker on several recruitment related topics as well as published in industry magazines and periodicals. Think of Rich as the ultimate dichotomy. He owns a pre-revolutionary War home, yet he is attracted to everything new in high technology products and services. Rich's greatest wish is for someone to invent a high-speed, microprocessor-based electronic paint scraper to fit six inch clapboards.
