Richard J. Stark, age 66, has served as a Good Times director since July 1990. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Stark has spent over 40 years in the investment industry. He is currently President of Boulder Asset Management, a firm that he founded in 1984. Previously Mr. Stark was the Chief Investment Officer of Interfirst Investment in Dallas, Texas and was responsible for all individual asset management at S&P/Intercapital in New York. Mr. Stark is a graduate of Marquette University with a BS in business administration (finance) and has an MBA from the University of Illinois with a major in finance.
