Richard T. Swope joined the Board of Directors in 2005. General Swope (ret.) was a U.S. Air Force Officer for 34 years and retired as a Lieutenant General vice 3 star in 1998. His last active duty assignment was Inspector General of the Air Force. Mr. Swope is currently the Vice President of Air Force Programs and a board member at Cypress International, Inc. and a board member at Kreisler Industrial Corp.
