He previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and other positions since joining Minrad Inc. in March 2003. Mr. Tamulski was President, CEO and COO of Brand Names Sales Inc., a catalog and showroom retailer, from 1996 to 2002. Prior to that, he had served as the Vice President of Finance of Brand Names from 1989 to 1995. He has 25 years of experience in finance including as a CPA with a predecessor of KPMG LLP.
