I never thought of myself as an agent for change, either personally or in my career. Starting with my family business in printing and advertising until it closed and I was forced to restart my career by starting in High Tech with Field Marketing and quickly moving to Channel Management. However, one common thread that is evident throughout my career and that is change management. With these change management capabilities, I have become a process improvement connoisseur, always making sure that the client andor partner is my first priority. This entails having strong communication, problem solving, and adapting skills. Another important aspect is about being able to collaborate with different people and ensuring that the change management that they will experience will not be a detrimental, hindering factor in their daily routines. Throughout my career, I have been a mentor, whether it was to my team or Business Partners, as well as a creative problem solver to help meet company objectives. My marketing experience has helped me further develop a plethora of other skills including channel management marketing, budget management, strategy development, and demand generation. I would also consider myself a continuous learner looking to enhance my current skill set and gain knowledge of new skills. Change, at some point in time is going to be inevitable, whether it is major or minor. However, I know that my quick adaptiveness to an ever-changing environment, as well as my process improvement expertise, whether it is personal or in my career, makes me the strong-willed and hard-working individual that I am, today.
