Robert Bowen was named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective December 16, 2005, replacing Mr. Swain in that role. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Bowen was, from November 2003 to December 2005 an independent consultant and co-founded Graystone Capital Partners LLC. He was, from December 2000 to October 2003, the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cytyc Corporation, a maker of cancer diagnostic and other medical devices. In addition, he was Chief Financial Officer for the European Region for Case Corporation, a manufacturer of Agricultural and Construction equipment, from 1997 to 2000.
