Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurant and Convenience Store (C-Store) Marketing I am the co-Founder and Managing Director of American Franchise Concepts, an Atlanta based MA advisory firm that specializes in the sale and marketing of Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurants and Convenience Stores (C-Stores). I head up the Restaurant Division. My partner, Mandi Neumann, who heads up our C-Store Division, and I joined forces in order to further revolutionize the multi-unit franchise restaurant and convenience store industries. We did so by introducing "Sophisticated Simplicity", an elegant next generation concept marketing computer model. Speaker and Author I speak at conferences on the topics of sales and marketing and the current state of the franchise restaurant and convenience store markets. My forte is the ability to make sense out of todays headlines, identify opportunities, and turn complex subjects into simple and understandable concepts. I love writing and have authored numerous articles as well as the baseball instructional book "Pitching My Way". I'm currently working on "'Behind the Mask", which is a memoir of my years as a baseball umpire.
