Mr. Daugherty previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Humboldt Bancorp of California. Prior to Humboldt, Mr. Daugherty held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Draper Bank & Trust of Utah.
