Relevant accomplishments Senior Flight Test Engineer conducting flight test on the very first performance management system (PMS) onboard RA test aircraft. P- Patrol Plane Commander with VP- Blue Geese squadron where we attained the Battle E efficiency award and a meritorious unit citation. During my first deployment the squadron flew an impressive hours tracking soviet submarines. Destroyer Staff Air Operations officer where I personally trained tactical action officers and ASW tactics to crews. I trained battle group coordinated operations in ASWASUW utilizing supporting airborne units P-, SH- and S- aircraft and provided the command staff with real time information from the tactical data link. Air operations staff officer assigned to US MCMG CTG .. Planned and implemented new tactics while at war utilizing coalition forces from the Royal Navy Army, Marines. Aircraft missions authorized by the issuance of the daily Air Tasking Order Assigned to a Post Gulf War detachment to developed CentCom doctrine for Maritime Patrol Aircraft operations in the Persian Gulf and Red Sea under Rear Admiral R.A.K. Taylor (CentCom, Commander). Held Top Secret(SCI) clearance Received numerous individual decorations including two Navy Commendation Medals with combat distinguishing device, three Navy Achievement Medals, the combat action ribbon and various other unit awards. Obtained Masters' degree in Technical Management and an undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Worked as an Information Technology project manager, responsible for numerous complex multi-million dollar implementation projects Implemented a Project Management Office (PMO) where I personally trained project managers in the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process.
