Robert W. Fischer was elected a director in 1997. He is a partner in Fischer & Sanger, attorneys, in Dallas, Texas. He has practiced law for the last twenty-eight years in the State of Texas and has been an outside counsel for the Company since 1993. He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, but is currently on inactive status.
