Mr. Fischer, age 76, has been a member of our board of directors since December 2004. Mr. Fischer is a Senior Partner in the Corporate Practices Group at Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, LLP. He has been with the firm since 1998. From 1961 to 1998, Mr. Fischer practiced law at Lowenthal, Landau, Fischer & Bring P.C., which merged with Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP in 1998. Mr. Fischer serves on the Board of Directors of a trust established to oversee the liquidation of assets of Allegiance Telecom Inc. and its subsidiaries. He has previously served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the DLJ International Fund (from June 1995 to November 2000), the DLJ Emerging Markets Fund (from June 1995 to November 2000), and the DLJ High Yield Bond Fund (from July 1998 to November 2000).read more ...read less ...
