Robert G. Gross, 48, was elected to the Board of Directors in February 1999. He has been President and Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gross was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tops Appliance City, Inc., a consumer electronics and appliance store chain based in Edison, New Jersey, from 1995 to 1998.
