Currently looking to get back in my Executive Director capacity to run a successful assisted living program in the Metro Detroit area. Sunrise Senior Living of Troy I had been helping in reconstructing the atmosphere into a teamwork-oriented one, hiring new staff, and using my knowledge to maintain organization to complete task in a timely manner. Using an open-door managing style, I had been building more communication between the care staff, family members, and residents. River Bend Specialized Assisted Living I was the youngest Program Director in the facility's history and also have become one of the youngest facility operators in the state of Michigan. I reconstructed the atmosphere into a teamwork-oriented one, while reconfigurating the population of the facility to a more senior long term care atmosphere. Since the point I arrived at the facility in June , we had scored perfect scores on our health inspection, state survey, and also were given a three-year creditation from C.A.R.F. International. I completely reconstructed and transformed my departments to a more efficient, teamwork-oriented atmosphere in my first year as the manager. In the three years as being the manager, we received no sites from the state or federal inspectors towards our department under my supervision and recieved our J.C.A.H.O. creditation.
