Mr. Perkins has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2005 and a director of the Company since December 2003. He also served as a director of Commonwealth Energy Corporation, the predecessor corporation to the Company, from 1999 to January 2006. Mr. Perkins is a member of the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance and Strategic Opportunities Committees of the Board and is the Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Perkins has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hospital Management Services, a provider of financial and management consulting services to hospitals and similar institutions since June 1969.
