Since 2003 he has been Dean, Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego. From 1998 through 2002 he was Dean, Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Between 1976 and 1998 Dr. Sullivan served in a variety of senior positions at the University of Texas and at Carnegie Mellon University.
