Robert E. Weil, age 41, has been Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Holdings since January 2000 and also served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Mesaba from January 2000 to September 2002. Mr. Weil was the Managing Director of Finance - Ground Operation for Northwest Airlines from December 1997 until joining Holdings. He also held the position of Controller - Ground Operations and held various other finance positions at Northwest since 1991. Mr. Weil graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Northwestern University and a master of management degree from J. L.
