Salleh Ismail was a founding member and CTO of Touchdown Technologies Inc., a company that designs, manufactures, and supports advanced MEMS Probe Cards used in the semiconductor wafer test industry. Prior to starting Touchdown Technologies, Salleh was V.P. of MEMS at Integrated Micromachines Inc., where he was a visionary for and manager of the engineering and manufacturing of micro-mirrors, MEMS design, and foundry services. Prior to joining Integrated Micromachines, Salleh was a co-founder of Micro Machines Inc., which was later the technology acquired by Kavlico Corp., a leading automotive components manufacturer. Serving as a Chief Scientist at Kavlico, Salleh developed and mobilized the integrated pressure sensor technology to production. He has authored and co-authored numerous patents in semiconductor devices, micro-instrumentation technologies, and the design and fabrication of various MEMS products.
