SARAH BAY WILLIAMS is pursuing a masters in the history of art at the University of California, Riverside. Her focus is on contemporary photography, exploring photography's role as a fine art as well as a recording tool, and studying the history and technology behind the medium. Sarah previously held the position of Ralph M. Parsons Fellow in the Wallis Annenberg Photography Department at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
