I am a geotechnical engineer, that is I work designing structures that use earth materials or interact with earth materials, or as I used to tell my kids, I make mudpies. Â I have raced bicycles at several points in my life and am back at it again, both cyclocross and road. Â I have two kids, one not so much of a kid, he is in college and my youngest who is 8 years old and is autistic. Â I love my wife and kids very much and it is my hope to make the best home I can for them.
