I Create Unique Artistic Expressions in Aluminum. Who I Am I am a full time artist and sculptor working primarily in aluminum to create uniquely expressive pieces utilizing a proprietary process that came to me as a result of much trial and error over the past few years. Thankfully, that process has enabled me to connect with people in a way that I wouldn't have previously ever imagined. Born in cold and blustery North Dakota, I grew up in sunny SW Florida. Thinking I would go to school for engineering or architecture, my high school classes were in that direction. Due to a handful of circumstances I went to Brevard College for a degree in visual art. It was the best decision I could have made. Though I've always had an interest in art and loved to draw and create, it was at Brevard where I discovered my real passion. Graduating in with an emphasis in both sculpture and painting, my passion has only grown since. Who I Help I work with anyone desiring to transform their environment with art. My clients are the Smiths next door to national corporations. I absolutely love the feeling that I get when helping a company to create "a certain feel" for their offices, greeting area, or even out front as clients approach the business. I also feel a sense of true purpose when a homeowner so identifies with a piece I've created that they "must have it", feeling it represents them in a way that they've always wanted. With sculpture or painting, you enhance your surrounding, your image, with art. How I Help I believe art not only transforms the appearance of a space. It also alters the atmosphere and feel, even a functional piece. As people, we respond to what we see. Artwork can be a catalyst for conversation or the object making you smile upon seeing it, in a corporate office or a living room. I enjoy helping others discover that art is more than pictures or tables. I create pieces to enhance a space and the quality of the experience in that space.
