Sean Gilligan's photographic style refuses to be limited to one category. Sean uses his lens to investigate and deepen his understanding of everyday life (around the world), cultural diversity, unexpected beauty, intimacy, landscape, and individuals committed to working for social change. Sean intentionally shoots a wide variety of material in order to challenge himself to constantly see life anew. He has a deep love for Africa and Ireland and has, over the years, been documenting traditional life as it coexists with modern living.
