After a tricky heart surgery and lengthy recovery, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Stephen Lee found him-self depressed and on the brink of financial ruin. Questionable if he'd ever be able to sing like once before, a monetary blessing came from a good friend and that was the catalyst that set things in motion to come back from a self-imposed hiatus. With a meager three thousand dollar budget, the question became was he up for the task and could he stretch every penny and crank out a full-length album.
