As a Community Manager and Content Marketing Specialist I use social media and online content as Conversational Marketing tools that create productive conversations that produce meaningful results. Being a Community Manager, I primarily help Incept and our clients manage their social presence across multiple online platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs, Etc. I focus on using social marketing, content, and conversational strategies to empower communities of like-minded individuals in order to create brand advocates for our clients as well as internally. I am also an experienced Content Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of content creation and engineering. I've been fortunate enough to work on a highly diverse list of projects ranging from BB conferences to non-profit fundraising events. I've also worked in depth on projects focused on trade organizations, non-profit brand management, professional workshops, and much more. I'm a seasoned blog author, editor, and manager with more than years of experience maintaining and managing multiple collaborative Wordpress based corporate and personal blogs. I also have an informal background in digital media, specifically in graphic editing (including experience in Adobe Photoshop), video productionediting, and photography. I use my experiences and creative skills to produce engaging content which generates online conversations that drive meaningful results for both Incept and our clients.
