My book, SPIRIT UNBROKEN is an open testament to a life that for many years held a dark secret-- my own Childhood Abuse. I am educated, accomplished, and always positive in attitude and tirelessly upbeat. It is not an act, but rather a conscious choice. It is how I have chosen to heal it's how I have helped many others to heal as well. The philosophies are so simple and the outcome so dramatic that after many years, I was urged and inspired to share my story and healing philosophies with others. This book can be read by anyone who has suffered at the hands of abuse physical, mental, sexual... even once. Share it with others. By all accounts and statistics, I should be dependent on drugs and alcohol, abusive to others, and in constant bouts of depression, anxiety, and regret. I am none of those. Instead, I embraced my past and realized that it made me a stronger person. It's a simple choice. I am an educator on both high school and college levels in English.
