It is my goal to make my services available to individuals world-wide ,who are grieving the loss of a loved one, a chronic illness, the loss of a relationship, relocation, or any other type of significant loss. I especially want to support individuals, who have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as other types of invisible yet very debilitating illness. One need not walk this difficult road alone. I have studied with the finest teachers of our times, including Joan Borysenko Ph.D., Rachel Naomi Remen, M.D., Huston Smith, Ph.D, and Alan Wolfelt, Ph.D to name a few. My services embrace the depth of grief and sorrow and I approach each person's journey with a very heartfelt and respectful approach to healing. I also incorporate body/mind and self-care practices into the work of mourning. Having personally experienced many losses, I strongly believe that when one has the opportunity to grieve and mourn fully, one will also learn to live and love with peace, joy and transformation. Specialties Loss of Loved One, Chronic Illness, Divorce, Empty Nest, Relocation. Also incorporate self-care practices such as guided imagery, self massage, affirmations, stress management.
