Mr. Wong has been technical manager and technical director in different organizations including TEOCO, Telipsark, Nextel Communications and SAIC. Mr Wong has over 10 years of management experience and has built and transformed many development organizations from chaos to highly profitable. Mr. Wong is a certified Sun J2EE Architect and a Microsoft Certified Application Developer.
