It?s about us, Ted & Linda Fondulas, restaurateurs for nearly 35 years, with over 25 years at Hemingway's Restaurant in Killington, Vermont. Here, in the exotic and challenging place we live it is akin to an island, which is why we chose Country/Territory on our blog profile to be ?United States Minor Outlying Islands.? There IS a there here. It is this Vermont sense of place that we love.
