I have been self employed since as a RealtorBroker. I have a range of experience in the public sector and private sector and have spent most of my professional life working as a manager or in sales,, or both. My background also includes work as a business analyst and a project manager working in software development. I appreciate a good database or spread sheet and know my way around WordPress, and created my first web site in . My clients, friends and previous employers describe me as energetic, creative and as a quick learner. My background is eclectic to say the least as I have many interests. I would describe myself as an outside the box thinker with a sense of humor and it is that sense of humor that makes all things possible most days. I am currently a successful real estate agent in St. Paul, MN and am a Minnesota licensed real estate broker. I have worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers and most of the time it doesn't seem like work. I write a blog and a weekly column for Inman news about real estate or real estate related topics. After many years of taking picture of my real estate listings and pictures for my web sites I got pretty good at it. I do some commercial photography for hire and I sell fine arts and landscape photography. My public speaking experience includes some national real estate conferences including the National Association of Realtors annual conference and Inman Connect conferences on the East and West Coasts and our local Minnesota bloggers conference, MinneBar and the Unsummit.
