Teresa is the owner of The Growth Coach, a business coaching service that offers a unique process to help business owners, managers, professionals and executives get better results in all areas of their lives. Prior to launching The Growth Coach, Teresa spent 19 years in the corporate world, 15 of which were in human resources. Teresa worked at Butler Machinery for 10 years and Eide Bailly for 9 years.
