THOMAS F. FARRELL, II, 52, president and chief executive officer of Dominion (from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2006, president and chief operating officer and before that, executive vice president). He is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Virginia Electric and Power Company and chairman, president and chief executive officer of CNG, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Dominion. He is also a director of the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO). Mr. Farrell received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia, where he is currently the rector of the Board of Visitors.
