Mr. Gillespie joined the Bank as a loan officer in 1976 and was appointed Vice President - Residential Lending and Collections in 1978. Mr. Gillespie graduated from the Savings and Loan Academy of Iowa in 1980 and in 1972 received his B.A. degree in Physical Education with a minor in Science from Simpson College.
