I am a network security engineer with an eclectic array of technical and managerial experience in both public and private sectors. As a focused leader, I have driven change in policy, process, planning, and organizational culture I look forward to further success in these capacities. My current focus is in Internet law and digital civil liberties. I am also pursuing the CISSP and GIAC GLEG certifications.
