After several years in the advertising specialty business, I worked for Delta Air Lines here in Cincinnati. It was there I discovered and created my concept of selling gift certificates from local, regional and national restaurants and entertainment venues at an easy one spot kiosk located in the malls during the holidays. After selling tens of millions of gift certificates twenty five dollars at a time we retired the concept in 2005 due to mall expenses, dwindleing commissions and the 2004 snowfall that closed the malls. I have been able to bring my marketing, promotion and technology background with me into the real estate field and feel it offers me an advantage in selling homes.
