Todd Romanow has joined Mountain States Health Alliance as the Director of Enterprise Program Management. Previously he was a Senior Project Manager in the Office of the CIO at Parkland Health & Hospital System, Dallas, Texas. Todd managed a number of clinical project implementations while in Dallas. He will be leading a new area within MSHA called the Enterprise Program Management Office responsible for 1. Project management and implementation of large scale projects (i.e. JMH and SCCH replacement hospitals, JCMC OR replacement project, and organization of many health care reform initiatives to name a few) 2. Enterprise Project Tracking (think “Air Traffic Controller” for all MSHA initiatives to aid in project prioritization, timing, and resource determination and allocation) 3. Development of organizational capabilities in project management techniques (education and training for MSHA leadership in effective project management and implementation techniques) Todd holds a B.A. (Advanced) in Public Administration, an MBA and has been a Certified Project Management Professional for over 12 years. He is experienced in IT and Business Management functions in insurance, finance and health care industries in Canada and the US. He enjoys building teams and thrives in diverse environments.
