I have been an elementary school teacher in Auburn, California for the past 20 years. Prior to that I taught in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky for ten years. My wife Sue (another teacher) and I will celebrate our 31st anniversary this summer. We have three children: Scott, 26, who does inexplicable things with computers; Laura, 23, who is trying to find a place behind the camera in the movie industry; and David, 19, a college freshman.
