Tommy A. Moore, Jr., a co-founder of the Company in 1989, has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer and a director since that time. Mr. Moore was elected to the additional position of Chairman of the Board in July 2000. Prior to organizing the Company, Mr. Moore was employed in commercial banking in Houston, Texas where his responsibilities included retail and commercial lending.
