I began my legal career representing insurance companies in the defense of personal injury cases. In over 4 years working as an insurance defense attorney, I gained priceless insight into how insurance companies handle the very same cases I now bring against them on behalf of my clients. Being familiar with the inner workings and mindset of insurance companies, and equally of business owners and product manufacturers, has proven invaluable to me and my clients. In 1996, I made the transition to representing Plaintiffs and have since then exclusively represented victims of negligence in personal injury matters, with a proven track record in cases against a long list of Defendants which include major tire manufacturers (including Firestone, Goodyear and Michelin), auto manufacturers (including Ford, Dodge and Mitsubishi), numerous hotels and property owners, business owners, doctors, as well as, countless insurance carriers and product manufacturers.
