I created Effortless Living to help empower thriving -hour women seeking balance, belonging, and inspiration so they may get clear, get focused and into a happier place. Our mission at Effortless Living is to help working women transform their mindset, boost their confidence, and enhance their quality of life so they may experience life wholeheartedly. After working in the legal industry for about years, I developed a chronic autoimmune disease that left me disabled. I was devastated--feeling completely lost and alone. Unfortunately, the resources available at the time were scarce and unhelpful. Since then I have become passionately obsessed, reading books, and speaking to experts and specialists, about physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Gaining a crystal clear understanding of just how fragile our well-being is, its critical role in living a wholehearted life, and how to achieve it. I have a unique understanding of the difficulties involved in recommitting to hope and living a life of quality in a social environment where only of the population claim to have achieved well-being in their life.
