Robert N. Wildrick has served as one of our directors since 1994, as our Chief Executive Officer since November 1999 and as our Executive Chairman since April 2007. As Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wildrick is the liaison between the management of the Company and the Board and has supervisory authority over all other officers of the Company. Mr. Wildrick was our President from December 1999 to April 2007. Mr. Wildrick was Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Venture Stores, Inc., a publicly traded family value retailer, from April 1995 to May 1998 and was Chairman of its board of directors from January 1996 to May 1998.
