Working for Les Olson as a Network Specialist gives me a wide variety of experiences. I help manage and oversee new equipment installations. This includes coordinating the equipments install time, and quickly learning a network so I can assimilate the equipment to work with multiple systems. These systems can consist of: print servers, email (SMTP) servers, LDAP, network shares, FTP servers, TCP/IP direct printing, and peer-to-peer networks. I also assist clients with troubleshooting issues over the phone and on site. In the middle of my main duties I also come up with new and better ways for my clients to save money and time from the products and solutions my company offers Specialties TCP/IP Networks, Printing Solutions, Color Specialist
