Brian Dowling graduated from the City University of New York with a Degree in Communications where he found his forte in Sales and Sales Management. His ability to foster long-term relationships and knack for building and maintaining a winning team brought him the opportunity to excel in a highly competitive market. In the mid 1990's Brian was given the chance to take a small, international player into the US marketplace. He conceived and established the operating structure of a flagship business center and successfully developed marketing concepts, established company policies, recruited, hired and trained staff. The resulting dramatic increase in business brought about an acquisition of the company. Brian's strength in Sales, Human Resources and entrepreneurial spirit led him to his career in recruiting. Brian has a solid and comprehensive understanding of business and the people that make it work.
