I am currently a Principal at Accretive, where I lead our firm's retail and business services efforts. Previously, I was on the investment team at Bain Capital Ventures. There I primarily focused on the firms business services growth equity efforts, investing behind fast-growing digital media, e-commerce, and education businesses. I worked closely with Bain Capital portfolio companies, including The Princeton Review, Penn Foster, and BTI Systems, where I was actively involved in strategic planning, potential acquisitions, and management hires. I was also involved in Bain Capitals efforts incubating and launching businesses. Earlier in my career, I was an investor with Francisco Partners, a private equity firm based in the Bay Area, where I made growth-stage investments into technology, software, and services businesses, including Mincom and Blue Coat Systems. I have held product management roles at Microsoft Gaming Studios and Vercoop, a seed-stage digital media startup. I started my career as a consultant with McKinsey and Company in New York City. I received my MBA from Harvard Business School, where I served the school as Student Body Co-President. I also hold an MA in Regional Asian Studies from Harvard University, and a BA in Economics from Harvard College.
