Aaron Duckworth is an expert Barista who prides himself on quality at all levels of roasted coffee preparation. Recognized as an industry professional, Aaron specializes in coffee systems and operations. As a manager, he is quick to create analyticalmeasurement tools if none are readily at his disposal. Novel, fresh and ever-curious, Aaron strives to bring his retail operations to a point where the customers simply cannot just go somewhere else because "somewhere else" isn't even close in quality, atmosphere or innovation. Barista training and menu development are strengths as are long term planning and the achievement of stretch goals.
