As an artist and web developer, I'm dependable, creative, versatile and hard-working, and I owe it to the great teams I've had the opportunity to work with over the years. When my career began, I learned strong customer service skills from the librarians and staff at the Columbus Metropolitan Library. Next, I got the chance to design and create e-learning web resources at Nationwide Insurance, working alongside a brilliant team of training and performance improvement consultants. After relocating to Boston, I used the art skills I learned in college to create illustrations and websites for freelance clients. Freelancing was exciting and stretched me as an artist, but I missed working daily with others. I moved to Cincinnati and became a member of the Xavier University web team. These years at Xavier have given me a chance to grow my programming skills through projects that integrate different systems and learn more about marketing and communications using print and web. I've gotten the biggest thrill from being a vital member of a cross-functional team, helping and amazing our customers and having a great time doing it.
