Jan Kelley was born and raised in Tulsa, OK.  She has been married to her husband Richard for over 30 years.  She is a proud mother of Matthew and Brandon as well as grandparent of two boys Connor and Corbin. She attended both Rogers State University and Tulsa Community College. In 1992 she was recognized for operating one of the first National Accredited Preschools in Oklahoma.  After raising her two boys, Jan's employment had always involved service to the community through non-profit, education and government.  Her and her husband have been involved with Real Estate investing for many years.
