I lead projects and teams to improve the efficiency and profitability of Citi businesses with a focus on high growth departments. Our team drives transformation initiatives working with institutional clients, operations, front office teams and senior executives. We fix problems, redesign teamsorganizations, improve performance client satisfaction. I play three types of roles. As an internal Consultant I identify problems, find consensus, develop and quickly implement long-term solutions. I address challenges head-on, directly and transparently. I address internal problems from a global and client perspective. As Project Manager I lead initiatives to increase employee productivity, utilization and satisfaction while decreasing costs, reducing hiring needs and building scalability. I Utilize multiple tools and methodologies including process re-engineering, operating model designstandardization, capacity modeling and maximizing utilization of offshore teams. As a Leader I work closely with staff, managers and senior executives across Citi. I empower staff to lead their own workstreams, provide coaching and insure theyre successful.
