Project Risk Planning Reduction Ravi has over years of real estate, construction and infrastructure project leadership experience on high-visibility projects for Fortune clients, multinational corporations, private investors and large public institutions. He provides project risk consulting services (including strategic, financial, design, engineering, procurement, contractual and project execution risk) for private-equity firms, investors, banks, corporations, bonding companies and insurance firms. Services span construction, real estate, infrastructure and technology projects. Previously, Ravi worked as Project Executive for Madison Equities, an iconic real estate developer in New York City. In this role, he spearheaded the construction and development of boutique residential, hotel and mixed-use projects. Ravi has held leadership positions in real estate development, construction management, general construction, subcontracting, telecommunications and technology systems integration. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Polytechnic University), a MBA (Hofstra University) and a M.S. in Telecommunications and Information Management (Polytechnic University). He is currently enrolled in Stanford University's SDRM (Strategic Decision Risk Mgmt.) program. He is a registered P.E. (N.Y. State) and a certified PMP. He completed GE's prestigious sales engineering program (TMP) in and attended Alstoms Project Leadership in Action training program in (in Paris). In , he became a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Ravi taught international real estate at Georgetown University in . He served as an adjunct professor at NYU from to where he taught graduate-level courses in construction project management, technology project management, negotiation, cost control and risk mgmt.
