William is a senior leadership and business development professional. He works closely with organizations and training development experts to implement The Leadership Challenge and the Leadership Practices Inventory. William's broad background in technology and education solutions, strategy, and sales makes him extremely unique and sought after in training solutions business development an expert in lead generation and strategic partnership developmentmanagement. The Leadership Challenge Workshop is offered between , and , times each year and the LPI -Degree Assessment over , times each year. In addition to his private sector career, William is an Army Officer with over years of combined active duty and reserve service. Currently, he commands (reserve duty) a company of over military police officers. At different times, his unit has been the security element to the Homeland Response Force (HRF) - FEMA Region IX, and the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) for the southern half of California.
