Mr. Britton is the sole owner of TD AIM, LLC through which he is involved in a variety of activities surrounding financial consulting and private equity investing. Previously, Mr. Britton was a Senior Vice President with JP Morgan Chase. He has over 30 years of commercial lending experience ranging from large syndicated financings with Fortune 500 companies to privately owned businesses, with significant experience in private equity related transactions, asset based lending arrangements, leasing and many other forms of secured lending. He is a former Vice President-Finance for the Boy Scouts of America (Manhattan Council) and is on the board of the Rutgers Business School.
Mr. Britton is Chairman Emeritus of the law firm of Bennett Jones LLP. He served as a partner of Bennett Jones LLP from 1962 until December 2004, and was Managing Partner and Chairman from 1981 to 1997. Mr. Britton is Vice Chairman of ATCO Ltd., Canadian Utilities Limited and CU Inc. He is a director of Barking Power Limited, Akita Drilling Ltd. and The Denver Broncos Football Club. He is Chairman of Hanzell Vineyards, Ltd., and Geary-Market Investment Company of California. Mr. Britton is a member of our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

William Britton "Bil" Baird was an American puppeteer of the mid- and late 20th century. In a career that spanned over 60 years, he and his puppets performed for millions of adults and children. One of his better known creations was Charlemane the lion. He and his wife Cora Eisenberg Baird (1912–1967) produced and performed the famous puppetry sequence for "The Lonely Goatherd" in the film version of The Sound of Music.
